Ducommun Incorporated Ducommun Incorporated provides manufacturing and engineering services that develop innovative electronic, engineered, and structural solutions for complex applications in aerospace, defense, space, and industrial markets; core offerings span two segments including Electronic Systems, featuring high-reliability interconnect systems, printed circuit board assemblies, circuit card assemblies, cable assemblies, and integrated electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assemblies for high mix, low volume production in high cost-of-failure environments, and Structural Systems, encompassing large complex contoured components and assemblies produced via stretch-forming, thermal-forming, chemical milling, precision fabrication, machining, finishing processes, and subassembly integration for commercial aircraft platforms such as Boeing 737/787 and Airbus A320/A220, mission-critical military programs including Joint Strike Fighter, F/A-18, C-17, Apache, Chinook, Black Hawk helicopters, missiles, and space applications. Founded in 1849 as California's oldest continuously operating company and headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, the company employs approximately 2,500 people across 15 performance centers in the United States including California, Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, New York, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, and Washington, plus Guaymas, Mexico, serving commercial aviation, military, space, and industrial customers with value-added services such as new product introduction, supply chain strategies, program management, and aftermarket support.
